History

THE COMPANY CONSTRUCCIONES GOMASPER S.L. has been in the building industry, in the south of Tenerife, since 1976.

Before its forming, and since 1964, the present owner of the company, Mr Pedro Luis Suárez Martín, began in the building sector, and became one of the pioneers in development of tourism in the south of the island. From this era remain chalets and villas in Chayofa and the first hotels. Also began the building of a Centre of Tourism named TEN-BEL, on the Costa del Silencio, in which his participation was outstanding.

At the end of the 70's, CONSTRUCCIONES GOMASPER, S.L., began in its activity as a Building Developer combining both activities up until this day. The developments have been both numerous and diversified, some of these achievements are for example:

In Los Cristianos: San Marino. Paloma Beach. Victoria Court I. Victoria Court II. Los Halcones. Las Vistas. The Heights. La Finca.

In Playa de Las Américas: Andorra. Andalucía. Balcón del Atlántico I, II, III y IV.

In La Costa del Silencio: Balcón del Mar. Baraca. La Hacienda. Residencial Costa Sol.

Also as a builder they have been extremely busy, constructing for both private companies and Public Institutions like the local council and the inter-island council: Parque Santiago I, II, III, IV y V. Estadio Olímpico Playa de Las Américas. Casa de La Cultura de Los Cristianos. Urbanización Golf Las Américas.Apart-hotel Las Gavias. Apart-hotel Granada Park

CONSTRUCCIONES GOMASPER, S.L., after a long trajectory and much experience has consolidated itself into being a well known and reputable Canarian company in the property and building sector in the south of Tenerife, a fact endorsed by our customers, both national and from the rest of Europe have relied and confide in our company, widely recognized today for its solvency and prestige.

The company are official contractors for the government and in a recent published ranking came out first in their area as a building company and in the first five places at county level.

At the same time. Since 21st September 1998, the company has been certified ISO 9002:94, for construction, and recently since 31st March 2003, has been re-certified with ISO 9001:2000, what demonstrates their concern in far reaching aspects like quality and the satisfaction of their clients.
